Welcome to My Books About Life and its Meaning
My books build bridges between psychology and spiritual science.
When they are integrated, we gain a deeper understanding of our psyche and destiny, our health and our human relationships.

Why Reincarnation Is Essential to the Meaning of Life
The hypothesis that consciousness ceases when our brain shuts down lacks scientific support. On the contrary, there is growing evidence that we can experience life independently of the physical body and brain. Near-death experiences, memories from past lives, and telepathic communication are some examples of consciousness being primary and the body its tool. In my writing, I explore the consequences this view of life may have for the meaning and cause of our destiny, our health and illness, and how our relationships take shape. With increased understanding, the opportunities to actively influence what you want to change and the peace of mind to accept what you cannot change grow.

So far is only the book “Reincarnation” translated to English. The trilogy about human development are only available in Swedish and Danish.
The inspiration for my writing arose from the absence of soul and meaning in contemporary psychology. With its materialistic starting point in the unfounded assumption that consciousness resides in the brain and that we therefore only live once, it lacked crucial knowledge about the causes of mental and physical health.
My own experiences and theoretical insight into reincarnation through studies of spiritual science gave me a strong desire to formulate what could be called a cosmic psychology based on a reincarnation perspective.
